Q: Are my tickets valid for the show that has been postponed
A: Yes, tickets will be valid for the new date. Tickets will automatically update within your Ticketmaster app.
Q: Am I eligible for a refund?
A: Yes, you can receive a refund by requesting it within 30 days of the new show announcement.
Q: What if I purchased a VIP or hospitality package?
A: If you purchased a VIP or hospitality package, the same refund/reschedule policies apply.
Q: What if I bought from a ticketing platform other than Ticketmaster?
A: You will need to contact that ticketing platform directly for reimbursement or to confirm your purchase.
Q. If I resold my tickets, do I owe that money back?
A. No, resale tickets through Ticketmaster are final.
Q: I purchased parking for the event, am I eligible for a refund?
A: Parking purchased through Ticketmaster is valid for the new date or eligible for a refund within 30 days of the new show announcement. For all other sales, you will need to contact the provider directly.
